Avoid. My 5 month old developed rashes all over the body after sleeping here one night. They disappeared after we left the place. The carpets are very dirty and when you walk on them and jump into the shower area you can see the dirt being washed away. The parking is shared with hilton and it's confusing. Breakfast is ok. But cleanliness is lacking which is the primary necessity

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the strip, free breakfast and shuttle bus service to Aria. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, making the walk to the strip a bit more challenging. I didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast. I was disappointed to learn the shuttle bus service to Aria started mid afternoon and ended around 10PM and is reservation only. Due to the limitations, we used the shuttle once. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating.

I started out as a 5-star review but dropped to a 2-star before our stay was over. Breakfast was a mess. They had one poor lady working her tail off trying to keep enough food for everyone available but she couldn't keep up. There was no waffle batter the 20 minutes we were there and cereal was out in 2 of the 3 containers. Management needs to hire more help for busy mornings. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel just off the Strip. We stayed here with our family of five. The room was nice and spacious. It was great to have a little kitchen in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful other than breakfast. Pretty good option at a reasonable price if you need a place for a family and don't want to be right on the Strip. Other negatives are the road noise, depending on where your room is (we were right next to the road and could hear vehicles all night). They also charge $10 for parking.

Stayed just one night overnight after a late arriving flight, and planned check in at Wynn the next day where I was attending a conference. For this purpose, this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean, was a quick walk to quick service eating including In N Out and Jack in the Box. My only VERY minor beef is my interactions via chat with the hotel chat prior to check in. I had booked a studio suite. As a bonvoy elite member I asked in the chat if there were any higher category rooms that were not filled that I could be upgraded to as a bonvoy elite member (I made sure to word it as just a request and not an expectation). I was not expecting anything to be honest, but was surprised when told I was already in the largest room available. As I was only staying the night I didn't bother challenging them by asking about the actual larger rooms like a corner room or a 1-bedroom. I then tried to get information whether there was a airport shuttle - was told no and taxis and rideshares were the only options. No problems with that information but when I asked if they knew whether taxis operate on flat fares vs meters, the response I got was "we don't collect information about taxis". All in all, not a big deal - I ended up googling the answer myself , but it struck me a bit as odd that the person I was chatting with seemingly didn't make much of an attempt to help. I think I assumed incorrectly the people at the other side of the chat were the front desk staff, whom are generally helpful answering travel related questions such as airport transportation. These chat interactions via the app were different from every other chat I've had with Bonvoy properties prior to check in. In the end these VERY minor points did not detract from anything (hence the 5* ratings). My face to face interactions with all the staff including the front desk staff were excellent which is what matters most. For rooms facing the strip, you do hear a decent amount of road noise - not enough to prevent sleep, but noticeable. They do provide ear plugs in the room.

From our arrival to departure the staff was exceptional. Assisted in providing us a fan for white noise to sleep, room was clean and kept the entire visit. Full kitchen with pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, full size refrigerator. Walking distance to Allegiant Stadium and other attractions. Uber, cabs, or walking to destinations easy.
